When playing Quests through the app, users may be asked to upload answers, comments, photographs or videos in order to complete challenges and earn points within the Quests. The user agrees that they are solely responsible for content and comments uploaded and the user is obligated not to upload any comments or content containing information that may be interpreted unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable, encourages criminal behaviour, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law, or is otherwise objectionable. Go Quest Adventures Ltd. reserves the right, without obligation, to control the contents accordingly and, if necessary, to delete them without prior notice at their sole discretion. User's may have points deducted off their score, may be deleted off the leader boards if such content is submitted and have their accounts deleted and usernames and team names reclaimed. Go Quest Adventures Ltd. reserves the right to block any users from future Quest purchases and use of the Go Quest Adventures Ltd. website and app if such content is uploaded or for any other reason as deemed appropriate and necessary by Go Quest Adventures Ltd.

Use of User-Submitted Images and Video

By agreeing to these Terms, you give Go Quest Adventures Ltd. permission to process your comments, pictures, and video and any other data inputs. By uploading content, the user grants Go Quest Adventures Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license. The license gives Go Quest Adventures Ltd. the right to use any comments, photographs or videos submitted by the users during the use of any product or service, including but not limited to comments, photographs or videos submitted via the website, the app or any of the Go Quest Adventures Ltd. social media sites. These comments, photographs and videos may be used for presentation on this website, for promotional/marketing purposes on this website, on another website, in printed materials, on our social media sites, or in any other way deemed appropriate by Go Quest Adventures Ltd. Personal information submitted as part of the payment process is still subject to the Privacy Policy of the website. Acceptance of the Terms upon Quest purchase constitutes consent in the use of submitted comments, photographs and videos.
